Politicians look at YOUR money like it's THEIR money and have zero hesitation before spending it on the whims of the day.  Ask 100 Americans if our national debt is too large and if government is spending too much and the overwhelming majority will respond with a near instantaneous “yes.”  Ask who’s to blame and before you finish the question they’ll respond with an emphatic “politicians” or “the swamp.”  Then ask if we should cut department X or program Y or benefit Z and you'll see a rapid shift from principled conviction to obfuscation and non-committal responses.  We say government is too big, too powerful, too involved in our lives, yet we continually allow government to play a bigger and bigger role in our lives.  We acknowledge the incontrovertible truth that government at-large is highly ineffective and should be limited, but we gnash our teeth and stomp around like a child at even the notion of "our" preferred programs being on the chopping block.  It's time to acknowledge the hard reality that WE are a part of the problem.  We can no longer sit in our glass houses of big government largess and throw stones at the politicians, when we collectively pitch a fit anytime a principled elected official suggests reforming systemically and fatally flawed institutions like Social Security, public education, Medicare, welfare, and so many more so-called third rail issues.  We have the capacity to fix the problem by curbing our appetite for the unnecessary and excessive offered to us by government and instead incentivizing our elected representatives, through rabidly steadfast support, to make the hard choices that reform, restructure and cut the programs, services, amenities and benefits that they govern, even the ones we like.  We must have the courage to impose austerity within all ranks of government, effectively starving the system to the point that it returns to a reasonable size that can once again fit within the confines of our nation’s divinely inspired Constitution.  Only we can be responsible for taking back our Constitutional authority to govern our elected officials each and every time we step into the voting booth.  First by electing men and women of principle and then firing them immediately if they fail to keep their promises to shrink the size of government.  Should we fail to realize a national awakening to this reality, we will have done irreparable harm to America’s future generations’ ability to enjoy the same freedom, opportunity and prosperity as we have today.

Trumponomics is working extremely well and it can for a long time if we don't screw it up.  The Washington Post tells us that Trumponomics is not working, and I wondered what the heck these people must be smoking because obviously the economy is humming on almost all fronts.  Trumponomics is actually a very simple concept.  Get rid of unnecessary regulations and let people and businesses keep more of the money they earn, which will allow great compounding throughout the private sector.  A lot of economists predicted doom and gloom by now, and since they were way off they will just predict doom and gloom down the road a little.  Few predicted the growth that we are having now so why would we believe their predictions for the future?  Here are some current economic statistics:

·    Economic growth of 4.2%,

·    Consumer and business confidence near record highs,

·    Unemployment for all ages, education levels, sexes and races near record lows,

·    Unemployment claims at 50 year low,

·    Part time jobs for economic reasons are down more than one million,

·    Food stamp usage and disability claims are down,

·    Health care costs and premiums look to stabilize in 2019,

·    Capital spending for businesses up substantially,

·    Business and retail sales up,

·    Corporate profits are high,

·    Imports and exports up,

·    Oil production near record highs,

·    Median family income rising faster than at any time in over a decade,

·    Bonuses have gone up, wage levels are rising,

·    Take home pay is  up more because of tax cuts,

·    Higher stock prices, interest rates, dividends and capital gains are helping their (and everyone’s) pension funds,

·    Dividend income, interest income and capital gains income up,

·    Stock prices have hit record high over 100 times since Trump took office,

·    Oil prices are actually below 2008 and 2012-2015,

·    Government entities throughout the country are seeing extra revenue come in because of the surging growth.

It is hard to find anything that indicates that Trumponomics isn’t working.  Meanwhile economists are already penciling in a recession for 2020.  One of the biggest causes for the decline according to the economists are Trump’s current trade policies; three-fourths of the panelists predict that Trump’s imposed tariffs on steel and aluminum imports from the Canada, Mexico, and the European Union, as well as tariffs on Chinese imports, will trigger a global trade war as the nations look to retaliate.  As for trade, it seems that most economists didn’t mind the theory that manufacturing jobs were gone for good and that there was no harm in letting them to continue to flow overseas.  Trumponomics is about more than simple growth.  We were told that if Trump pulled out of the TPP that countries would stop trading with us, which of course as not happened.  These countries need the U.S. because we are the biggest economy in the world.  We also hear how the tariffs will raise prices.  There is absolutely no reason the economy won’t continue to grow substantially if we stick to Trumponomics.  There is a great risk of recession if we move to the socialist policies the Washington Post writers and others support.  We can collapse growth by reversing the corporate and individual tax cuts, adding back regulations, and going to single payer health care  to return to the slowest economic recovery in seventy years under Obamanomics.

It is become clear the dominant left wing media are conspiring with the Democrats to indoctrinate the public.  They are following an integrated strategy, and are willing to destroy anyone or anything that gets in their way.  They seek to elect Democrats and implement their progressive left wing agenda via legislation, bureaucratic decisions, and judicial fiat.  Anyone who gets in the way is a target.  The Ford-Kavanaugh story is one of the most blatant examples and it appears to be working.  A woman comes forward after decades with a story with absolutely zero evidence that it is true and no corroboration.  Ford names four people, including a lifelong friend, who supposedly were at a party and now all four have denied that the story is true.  Yet the complicit media run the story endlessly stating or implying that it is true.  A Fox News poll shows that 50% of the public believes her even though there is zero proof.  Indoctrination and repetition has made the public believe the story is true.  The purpose of the story is to delay and block the Kavanaugh appointment.  There was never any actual evidence of Russian collusion with Trump but over two years where the media just repeats the story over and over again and the public believes there was.  The purpose of the indoctrination is obviously to pollute the public's mind against Trump.  The Woodward book demonstrates how it works.  The media repeats over and over again how volatile and unstable Trump is based on anonymous sources.  Then Woodward comes out with a book based on anonymous sources repeating the same garbage and the media treats him like a god, claiming the book is credible because they have reported the same crap many times before.  The purpose of this indoctrination is obviously to block Trump's agenda and to elect Democrats.  Climate change/global warming caused by humans is one of the biggest ploys. The media just repeats over and over again that 97% of scientists believe man causes climate change and the public is taught to believe it.  The 97% number is utterly bogus.  There is a tremendous amount of evidence that the climate changes naturally, that dire predictions are wrong, made up and manipulated yet the public has been taught that the mantra is true.  The purpose of the indoctrination is to implement extremist policies of the left.  The media has been at this for a long time.  They repeated over and over how stupid and dangerous Reagan was.  They did the same thing about Bush and now do the same thing about Trump.  Meanwhile they always repeated how smart Obama, Hillary and Bill were over and over again.  I have trouble looking at Obama's policies and seeing evidence of supreme intelligence and Hillary wasn't even smart enough to know that she was breaking endless security laws.  Trump's and Reagan’s policies were extremely successful yet my guess is the public believes Obama and Hillary are smarter.  The media has so much power to influence thought that they are extremely dangerous, especially as they target one party and support the other no matter what they do. The public overwhelmingly doesn't trust the media but they are still able to pollute their minds.

Democrats love to claim they love groups they actually hate.  Take blacks, for example, Democrats, and the fake news media, are always telling us how much they love blacks, but we know that's not true because Democrats are doing nothing while thousands of blacks are shot each year in Democrat-run cities.  If the Democrat mayor of Chicago, Rahm Emanuel, actually cared about blacks, he'd be doing something to reduce the thousands of shootings occurring each year.  Instead, he simply uses the ongoing slaughter of blacks in the city he runs to push for his personal desire to repudiate the Second Amendment.  We're seeing the same situation with women as a result of the Democrats' desperate need to ensure that the Supreme Court remain full of left-wing activists.  The entire leftist agenda, ranging from being soft on criminals to redefining marriage, has been established by judicial fiat with judges making, not interpreting, the law.  Without an activist leftist Supreme Court, none of the modern leftist agenda would have been imposed on the people.  That's why Kavanaugh is an existential threat to the left: a majority of honest judges would require the left to get the majority of Americans to support their agenda, something the left knows will never happen.  Democrats weren't able to come up with any honest reason he shouldn't be on the Court, so they have decided to destroy the #MeToo movement, seriously hurting women in the process, in a hopefully vain attempt to keep Kavanaugh off the Court.  The Democrats are destroying #MeToo by putting forth clearly specious claims that Kavanaugh has assaulted women, thereby undermining the credibility of all women.  The sad reality is that in many cases, because women don't report assaults or rapes when they occur, often due to the completely wrong idea that being forcibly assaulted is something to be ashamed of, the cases often devolve into a he said, she said situation.  If the public sees the entire Democrat Party pushing what are clearly fake claims by women, the public will begin to question all women who claim to have been assaulted.  We know that a lack of belief is merited.  In the Ford case, within a week of her publicly accusing Kavanaugh of assault, all of the people she said would corroborate her story, including a lifelong female Democrat friend, have said the party Ford describes never happened.  That on top of Ford being unable to remember when or where the supposed party occurred and the fact that her own therapist's notes don't support her current claims make it obvious to honest people that either Ford is lying or she's deluded.  Within hours of Ford's claims being unambiguously debunked, the Democrats found a new woman, Deborah Ramirez, to allege that a young Kavanaugh had exposed himself to her.  We already know that the people whom she claimed as witnesses say it never happened.  Furthermore, we know that she contacted former classmates for information on the incident because she didn't really remember it and she told them that she wasn't sure that it was Kavanaugh.  Now, after spending six days with a Democrat lawyer, she's sure that the alleged event did happen.  Given that she's a Democrat and that she's said she came forward because of Ford's now debunked claim, it's pretty clear that she's just turned a wish that she could derail Kavanaugh into a story that she hopes will derail him.  The Democrats' acceptance of clearly false claims and their embracing the idea that the mere fact that a woman accuses a man of something makes the man guilty hurt women in another way.  Women often have husbands and sons.  Real women are quite rightly concerned that their husbands' and their sons' lives could be destroyed because some woman makes a false claim.  The reality is that we know that some women will lie about assault to protect themselves or to hurt a man they don't like.  That doesn't mean we should ignore the claims of women, but it does mean we can't simply assume that women never lie.  It's unclear if the Democrats are eager to destroy #MeToo because it has caught mostly Democrats to date or if the death of #MeToo is just a price that Democrats are willing to pay to ensure that the Court doesn't return to simply interpreting the law.  Perhaps the Democrats are creating standards that only Republicans are judged by to make #MeToo a tool that attacks only conservatives.  The same Democrats who claim that an uncorroborated and repudiated accusation is enough to keep Kavanaugh off the Court say two credible, sourced claims of assault against Keith Ellison mean nothing.  It's time to end this farce.  The Kavanaugh who will sit on the Court has a spotless record of respecting women for decades, and the ability of the Democrats to convince women to bring up readily debunked claims of Kavanaugh having assaulted them decades ago doesn't change that.

(“Democrats Demonstrate Their Hatred of Women” by Tom Trinko dated September 25, 2018 published by American Thinker at https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2018/09/democrats_demonstrate_their_hatred_of_women.html )

President Trump at the U.N. illustrated his vision for a world marked by sovereign nation states peacefully pursuing their own national interests.  Trump continued to put his approach in stark relief to that of his Democrat predecessor, Barack Obama, who often waxed poetic about “a rules-based international order,” a phrase of globaloney that simply doesn’t reflect the real world.  The globalists who comprise most of the U.N. audience laughed when Trump listed solid domestic economic accomplishments that have global implications, especially rapid economic growth, full employment for minorities and women, and record-high stocks.  Grateful Americans and those around the world who wish their leaders would follow Trump’s example aren’t laughing.  Trump also showed how the United States is pursuing a foreign policy that is not interventionist, but actively pursues critical national interests just as other sovereign nations do.  He continued to evolve our policy toward the expansionist Islamist theocracy that runs Iran from the disaster he inherited.  These basic concepts of sovereignty and eschewing interventionism are the fundamental pillars of a Trump doctrine.  What progressives have dismissed as nationalism and populism is actually a return to sovereignty of the democratic nation state.  Trump lamented Iran’s sweetheart nuclear deal from Obama and European governments that opened spigots of money while allowing Tehran to keep the key components necessary for a nuclear weapons program.  Obama also sent the Iranians a plane-load full of cash in the middle of the night; Trump referred to this “windfall for Iran’s leaders,” which they used to spread “mayhem and slaughter” around the region.  Trump has methodically replaced this policy with one of toughness, which nonetheless leaves the door open to negotiations.  Trump affirmed in New York that oil sanctions would take effect on Iran in early November.  All of America’s Middle East allies support us in this effort.  Unpopular leaders currently running the governments of France, Germany, and the United Kingdom not only opposed the tougher measures against Iran, but worked actively to undermine the sanctions.  Trump made clear that the United States would stick to its guns and sanction companies doing business with Iran’s government.  Trump also reiterated that America is through playing the sucker on trade. The U.S. trade deficit with China had spiraled to $376 billion in the year he took office, and the European Union’s had reached $147 billion the previous year.  Since then, he has reached landmark agreements with Mexico and South Korea on trade, with more agreements expected in the coming months.  Trump made clear at the UN that the U.S. merely seeks “fair and reciprocal” trade arrangements, namely equivalent tariffs and the absence of other barriers to fair trade.  The most fundamental takeaway from the speech is Trump’s focus on sovereignty, not only for America but for other countries.  He began his speech saying that the United States seeks independence and cooperation, rather than global governance and domination.  The president promised to continue his efforts to return to a traditional American foreign policy that will “not tell you how to live or worship.”  He specifically rejected the “ideology of globalism,” embraced patriotism, and lamented uncontrolled immigration.  Even when it comes to Iran, he called not for regime change but a change in conduct.  He also pointed out some of the many shortcomings of the United Nations, observing that he pulled the U.S. out of the Orwellian-named Human Rights Council and continues to ignore the International Criminal Court, aka the World Court, which is more interested in prosecuting Americans than thugs.  These basic concepts of sovereignty and eschewing interventionism are the fundamental pillars of a Trump doctrine.  What progressives have dismissed as nationalism and populism is actually a return to the sovereignty of the democratic nation state.  Trump has given more form to this fundamental patriotic impulse that is swelling in America and elsewhere in the world.  As with other nations, we will decide our laws; we will decide whom to allow to immigrate; we will decide what culture we want; and we will decide our own destiny.

(“Trump at UN: Elites may laugh but Americans can see through the globaloney” by Christian Whiton dated September 25, 2018 published by Fox News at http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2018/09/25/trump-at-un-elites-may-laugh-but-americans-can-see-through-globaloney.html )

It has been 17 years since the Islamic jihadists conducted their terrorist attack on America, 11 September, 2001, killing almost 3,000 innocent Americans who were doing nothing more than going to work.  Our political and military leadership who have been thoroughly indoctrinated in “political correctness” still remain incapable of identifying the ideology and the enemy.  Clearly, the plague of jihadi terrorism has its roots in Islam.  The jihadists have been thoroughly indoctrinated in the core canonical beliefs of Islam as written in the Suras (chapters) of the Quran, which drives their violence.  Further, using the term “radical Islam” to describe jihadi terrorism implies that there is some “moderate” form of Islam.  The Islamic leader of Turkey, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said it best when he was Prime Minister: there is no “moderate Islam.”  To further complicate matters, another part of the problem can be traced to respected religious leaders like Pope Francis and the Dalai Lama, who continue to promote the Islamic propaganda through their vast communication networks that “authentic” Islam is opposed to terrorism and that Islam is a religion of peace!  Nothing could be further from the truth. There are 109 verses in the Quran where Muslims are commanded to engage the infidels in combat.  It is an obligation for all Muslims to conduct jihad against the infidels.   No civil works project or appeasement will change that obligation. The Muslim Brotherhood (MB) and their front groups, e.g., the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), et al, have penetrated most of our government security and intelligence agencies, including the White House.  The MB creed is to conduct silent jihad (non-violent) as the primary means to destroy America from within by our own miserable hands, and replace our Constitution with Shariah law.  The senior jurist of the Muslim Brotherhood, cleric Yusuf al-Qaradawi stated that neither the Quran nor Shariah law can be amended to conform to changing human values and standards.  His view is that the Quran and Shariah law present the absolute norm to which all human values and conduct must conform.  Islam is at war with the West.  Even Alexis de Tocqueville, the French philosopher, commented after studying the Quran in 1838 that it not only encourages but commands a holy war against all infidels, as well as the necessity for obeying the Prophet Mohammed.  This is what drives the Islamic State and its splinter groups today.  If Alexis de Tocqueville were able to see what is happening in Europe today, he would be rolling over in his grave.  We have experienced a similar situation in the United States.  We have witnessed the impact of Muslims forcing the tenets of Islam into our education system while at the same time degrading our customs and heritage.  Clearly, this must be stopped.  Our borders must be made secure and a moratorium placed on further Muslim immigration into the United States.  Our training manuals for both our military and law enforcement agencies that were previously purged under the Obama administration must be restored so that military and law enforcement personnel properly understand the threat and the enemy.  It is Islam, which is a totalitarian ideology bent on world domination masquerading as a religion, and until this is understood, we will not be successful in defeating the enemy.
