Philosophy (Background, Issues, Objectives):

The War on Terror did not begin September 11, 2001, but was the defining act in a continued war on the United States:

Michael Burleigh groups terrorists into three categories:

·         Ideological – German Red Army Faction, the Russian Nihilists, international anarchists, etc.

·         Nationalist – Basque separatists, Irish Republican Army, etc.

·         Salafist-Jihadist – al Qaeda, etc.

Terrorist organizations are decentralized and loosely coordinate their actions:

The War on Terror was declared in 2002 to address the Islamo-fascist enemies who attacked on September 11th (World War IV?).

o       Salafism, or Salafi Islam, is a violent, ultra-conservative version of the religion.

o       Wahhabi Islam preaches ultra-Puritanical way of life, and is destructive, nihilistic, and radical.

o       Madrassas are schools that educate children in the Wahhabi tradition and culture.

o       Islamo-fascism despises Judeo-Christian values, institutions and individuals.

Islamic Terrorism is blamed on a number of urban myths, which captured terrorists have disproved.

The goals of Islamo-fascists are world domination and a return to the 8th century.

o       Islamic caliphates have failed everywhere tried, destroying freedom, society, and economies.

o       “Muslims are obligated to raid the lands of the infidels, occupy them, and exchange their systems of governance for an Islamic system”

o       Last time Islam showed intellectual leadership was in the 8th century.

o       Al-Qaeda is Wahhabi based organization focused conquering the world.

o       Islamo-fascism is committed to "ridding" Islamic lands of Western "occupation."

o       Islamic terrorists target civilians throughout the Middle East and elsewhere as accepted tactic.

o       Extorts good Muslims to exterminate the Jews before the “end of days.”

o       Israel is a Jewish occupation and must be driven into the sea.

o       “There are only three choices in Islam: either willing submission; or payment of the jizya [tribute], through physical though not spiritual submission to the authority of Islam; or the sword—for it is not right to let him [an infidel] live.”

o       In 1991 or 1992, Iran and Al-Qaeda forged an informal accord in a worldwide jihad.

o       Taqiyya is religious deception condoned for the sake of Islamic objectives.

o       Subjugate non-Muslims to Islam as Dhimmis and justifies declaring war to do so.

o       “You are a nation that permits acts of immorality”

o       Homosexual marriage.

o       Family breakdown.

o       Trivial, materialistic, vulgar culture.

Islamic country domination strategies evolve as the Muslim population increases:

·        As long as the Muslim population remains around 1% of any given country they will be regarded as a peace-loving minority and not as a threat to anyone.

·        At 2% and 3% they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities and disaffected groups with major recruiting from the jails and among street gangs.

·        From 5% on they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to their percentage of the population.

·        When Muslims reach 10% of the population, they will increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions.

·        After reaching 20% expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadic killings and church and synagogue burning.

·        At 40% you will find widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks and ongoing militia warfare.

·        From 60% you may expect unfettered persecution of non-believers and other religions, sporadic ethnic cleansing (genocide), use of Sharia Law as a weapon and Jizya, the tax placed on infidels.

·        After 80% expect State run ethnic cleansing and genocide.

·        100% will usher in the peace of 'Dar-es-Salaam' -- the Islamic House of Peace -- there's supposed to be peace because everybody is a Muslim.

Muslim front groups have been created to defend Islamo-fascists in the media and raise money.

The Policy of Containment has not been successful, since it has only been used by Islamic organizations to regroup and rearm.

o       Iraqi UN inspections were manipulated to obfuscate and delay decisions and movements.

o       During 1991 to 2001 Iraq trained and sponsored terrorist throughout the Middle East.

Much has been accomplished so far in the War on Terror.

o       Increased defense and intelligence funding by hundreds of billions of dollars.

o       Passed the Patriot Act into law.

o       Launched INS “Operation Tarmac” to investigate businesses and workers in airport secure areas.

o       Prevented further terrorist attacks on U.S. soil since September 11, 2001.

A large number of terrorists have been killed, captured, or detained in the War on Terror

No terrorist organization is a signatory of the Geneva Convention.

Islamo-fascist attacks have continued in the U.S. since 9/11, although for PC reasons, not labeled.

United States has disrupted over twenty serious al-Qaida terrorist plots since September 11.

Over ten serious al-Qaida terrorist plots were disrupted outside the United States since September 11.

·        In 2002 - U.S. and partners disrupted a plot to attack ships transiting the Straits of Hormuz.

Many American Muslims consider themselves Muslims first; citizens of America second.

·        A majority said violence against US troops on American soil and against US officials is justified.

·        American Muslims get their anti-American messages from their imams. Media, and Muslim organizations.

·        Muslims are taught the world is divided into lands under Muslim rule, and lands outside Muslim rule.

·        Muslims do not assimilate well in other country cultures.

·        13% of U.S. Muslims said suicide bombings of civilians can be justified.

o       One in four younger Muslims find suicide bombings in defense of Islam acceptable.

·        Black racist Muslim converts are being recruited by Islamists as conspirators in an American jihad.

There are examples of Muslims proposing moderation in society.

·        The “Proposed Charter of Muslim Understanding” was developed by moderate Muslims.

o       Al-Baqee is a moderate Muslim group fighting systematic Takfiri (Wahhabi) extremism.

o       Respect non-Muslim religions and issue a fatwa prohibiting the use of force or threats to their followers.

o       Respect all civilizations, cultures, and traditions and promote understanding of the precedence of national laws over Sharia law.

o       Respect Western freedoms, especially of belief and expression and prohibit violent reaction against people who make use of these freedoms.

o       Prohibit the issuing of any fatwa that would result in violence or threat against individuals or institutions.

o       Request Islamic institutions to revise and issue new interpretations of Quran-ic verses calling for Jihad and violence against non-Muslims.

·        A Secular Islam Summit produced the St. Petersburg Declaration in March 2007.

o       Moderate Muslims articulated enlightenment principles.

o       Similar to the preamble to the American Declaration of Independence.
